Material and production As a supplier of turned and milled parts we specialize in producing parts according to our customers drawings or patterns. We only process: stainless and acid-resisting steel (1.4571, 1.4404, 1.4435, ...), titanium and titanium alloys (3.7035, 3.7165, ...), nickel and nickel alloys such as hastelloy (2.4610, 2.4819, 2.4602, ...), monel, inconel. Special alloys Our products are manufactured with CNC-controlled machinery tools on highest technical standard. Turning sector: 2 to 8-axis turning machines are used for machining from bar or in chuck. The turned parts can have a diameter of 8 mm up to 250 mm and a length up to 350 mm. Milling sector: 3 to 5-axis milling machines. |
